Dr. Randhir Pushpa is a highly experienced consultant in the field of Knowledge Management (KM), with expertise in content management, enterprise social networking, AI driven KM, and automation through KM. Dr. Pushpa earned his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Kerala, and his Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).

Throughout his extensive career, Dr. Pushpa has held several notable positions in major technology companies, including his current role as Chief Consultant of Knowledge Management at ACIES Innovations. Prior to that, he served as the SharePoint Architect and Advisor at Viamagus Technologies, Manager of Knowledge Management at DXC Technology, and Senior Specialist of Talent Transformation at Wipro Technologies where he was also the Senior Specialist, Researcher, and Project Assistant Member of the Department of Management Studies.
