Vitchyr Pong

Vitchyr Pong is a driven and accomplished Ph.D. student at UC Berkeley's School of Engineering. With an impressive academic background in computer science and electrical and computer engineering, Vitchyr has held positions as a research scientist OpenAI, software engineering intern at Google and Facebook, and TA at Cornell University. Vitchyr's passion lies in applying machine learning techniques to develop robotics that can perform complex tasks efficiently and effectively. With an interest in improving the human condition, his technical expertise extends to computer vision and building energy research. He has also worked on DARPA's Robotics Challenge team developing software and hardware engineering.
