Designed end to end recruitment process with our system integrator. Namely – job requisition creation, candidate creation, job application submission, various stages of hiring, hiring workflow, Interview management, job offer templates, background
Prepare the requisition, candidate data in TCC format.
Designed OBIEE reports - Vacancy detail report, applicant report, BVC reports, offer details report, pre onboarding detail report, etc.
I am providing the support “L1 & L2” and managing the Sysadmin configuration access, OBIEE Report & all Interface (Taleo to Fusion & Fusion to Taleo)..

Fusion HCM implementations and supports Core HR, Goal, PMS, Absence

Database (HRMS) Management: Managing HR transactions on HRMS which includes New joinees’ employment record creation, mass upload, employment terminations.

Leave management System:  Managing the Leave transaction on LMS for all employees.

Performance Management System:
Acting as a mode of communication about corporate PMS and related task of Increment, promotions, and aligning salaries as per CTC matrix, proper Zoning/placement of employees in the organization. Issuing confirmation / increment letters to the employees based on the performance evaluation reports.

MIS and Reports:
Creating, managing and analyzing various employment related MIS and reports, statistical data on recruitment, HR MAPA, assignments, trainings, termination etc. Delivering and maintaining monthly reports for management decisions.

Payroll and Compensation:
Payroll inputs on leaves, salary bank account numbers, overtimes, salary components, hikes/ promotions, resignations, bonus, etc to finance for salary processing.

Exit Management:
Giving exit clearances, taking exit interviews, and keeping a tab on the other department’s clearance status for timely clearance and sharing the details of resigned employees with payroll for taking action on FFS. Paperwork related to terminations/resignations.

Letter Drafting:
Drafting of Offer and appointment letters, Employment proofs, bonus and hike letters, promotion, address proofs, transfer letters absconding notices etc.
