Roxanne Lorenz is an accomplished solicitor with extensive experience in the arts and entertainment industries. She pursued her legal education at Griffith University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Politics, Society, and Economy. Roxanne furthered her legal training at the University of Technology, Sydney, where she studied a Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice.
Roxanne has had diverse experiences within the legal profession, including working as a Lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor, Paralegal at Arts Law Centre Australia, Legal Intern at Media Arts Lawyers, and as a Solicitor at the Arts Law Centre of Australia. In the arts space, Roxanne has worked as a Grants Officer and Program Officer at the Australia Council for the Arts, Transcriber at FremantleMedia, Associate Producer at Brisbane Festival, and Operations, Artistic Development, and Philanthropy at Queensland Theatre Company.
A former Intellectual Property & Media and Communications Law Lecturer at the Australian Institute of Music, Roxanne has a passion for facilitating arts education and legal training for creatives.
