Jason Wolfthal, a 2020 graduate from the University of Delaware's Hospitality Business Management program, has recently joined Saxum Real Estate as a Leasing Analyst. With a passion for the real estate industry, Wolfthal has combined his hospitality expertise with his love for the industry, making him an excellent fit at Saxum Real Estate. Currently, he is working on streamlining investor databases and using market research to compile data for internal analytics. Wolfthal has had valuable experience as an Intern Supervisor at Pyramid Hotel Group, a Food and Beverage Intern at The Sea Grill at Patina Restaurant Group, a Finance Intern at Blue Elephant Capital Management, LLC, and a Senior Counselor at All Sports Day Camp. His experience as a student at the University of Delaware has helped him hone his skills in hotel, restaurant, and institutional management.
