Dong Han is a highly educated and experienced education professional with a background in Education Policy and Management. He completed his Master's degrees at both Harvard University and Columbia University in the City of New York, and his Bachelor's degree in Sociology, cum laude, at the University of California, Berkeley.
Currently, He is the Director of Strategy and Policy at the Office of the First Deputy Chancellor at NYC Department of Education. He's responsible for developing and implementing policies that improve education outcomes for all students from Pre-K to 12th grade. Prior to his current role, Dong was a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard Graduate School of Education and Manager of Workflow Systems and Communications at the Office of School Support and Supervision at NYC Department of Education.
Dong Han brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in education policy, strategy, and management to his current role, and is dedicated to ensuring that all students receive the education and support they need to succeed.
