Tim Lekan Aleshe BA (Hons) is a dedicated individual who excels in initiating, developing, coordinating, and delivering sports, music, and educational projects and events that have a positive impact on the lives of young people locally, nationally, and globally.
He is committed to working for the betterment of young people in the UK, currently serving as an official Football Scout for UK-based clubs.
Tim has a diverse background, having previously held roles such as the Reserve Coordinator/Director at Woodford Town FC in 2017, Coordinator/Secretary of Haringey District School Football working alongside English School FA and Premiership League Clubs since 2013, and the founder of various initiatives like Rap-aid Youth Football in 2009, Enfield Young Farmers Club in 2014, and the creation of the Homework Club in partnership with Sported and Deutsch Bank since 2013.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Fit2Live Sports and events Management Company in 2009, a London based registered charity organization that focuses on providing recreational activities, sports tours, and managing sports facilities while delivering sports and events entertainment.
Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Events Management from London Metropolitan University as well as studies in Sports Fitness & Massage Therapy, Food Nutrition, and Fitness at The College of North East London.
Throughout his career, Tim has held significant roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Fit2Live Sports/Rap-aid Youth FC, Talent Scout at Arsenal F.C, Founder at Rap-aid Football Pre-Academy, Football scout at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, and CEO at Fit2Live Sporte & Events Management.
