Jerry Speers is a highly efficient team leader with a wealth of experience in project management leadership. With a background in Human Resources Administration and an MBA in Management from the University of Michigan, Jerry has led several successful projects, business transformation teams, and PMO's. He is certified in Agile, CSM & SAFe 5.0, ITIL, Waterfall, Scrumban, Kanban, and Design Thinking. His extensive training and practical experience in these methods have enabled him to consistently deliver increased revenues, reduced costs, and solid customer relationships.

Jerry has worked as a PMO Manager and Agile Coach at Ally and served as the North American PMO Manager at Adient Plc (Formerly Johnson Controls Automotive), the Senior Program Manager at TD, and the Program Director at Citigroup. He also worked as an IT Product Manager at the University of Michigan, and an IT PMO Program Manager- Asst. Vice President at Bank of America.
