Hayley Tsukayama is a seasoned technology journalist, former Technology Reporter at The Washington Post, and Legislative Activist at Electronic Frontier Foundation. With a Bachelor's degree in History and Japanese from Vassar College and a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Hayley is an expert in technology policy, public policy, government reporting, computer-assisted reporting, and feature writing. Her expertise in these areas led her to be a 2010 recipient of the White House Correspondents Association-Missouri Fellowship in Governmental Affairs Reporting. Besides her love for journalism, Hayley is also a skilled musician with a killer alto voice.
