Julian Weisser is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and musician with a diverse background in healthcare, technology, and education. He is the co-founder and Editor-in-Chief at On Deck, a platform that helps professionals build meaningful relationships and hone their skills. With over a decade of experience in the startup world, Julian has held various leadership roles at On Deck, including Head of Product, Head of Candidates, and Head of Recruiting. Moreover, Julian is an angel investor in over 50 startups with a passion for pioneering moonshots and the creator economy.

Before diving into startups, Julian studied music and voice at the University of Hartford and earned a Bachelor's degree in Music and Management from Berklee College of Music. He also co-founded Within Health, a company that leverages behavioral science and technology to improve the lives of people with chronic conditions. Julian has worked as a Growth Manager at Virta Health, a company that provides digital therapeutics for reversing type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions, and as a Fellow at Effective Research Institute, a non-profit organization that aims to accelerate the development of health interventions.
