He is an alumnus of Queen Mary University of London and Texas A&M where he studied Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and Executive MBA, Business Administration and Management, General, respectively. He has held various prestigious leadership roles such as Regional MD, EMEA at Imergy Power Systems, VP - kW Class Systems at Prudent Energy, Managing Director - Africa at AlanDick, and VP International Business Development at Honeywell.

Tom Tipple is currently serving as the Managing Director of EMEA at Trilliant where he brings his commercial expertise and strong leadership skills to help expand the company's business operations across the globe. Tom has worked with several international organizations, including Millicom International Cellular, Inmarsat, and Honeywell, where he held critical positions and helped develop successful partnership ventures.
