Lead individual subproject within Compass autoimmunity program. Specifically focused on in vitro experiments aimed at elucidating the cellular and molecular mechanisms governing CD4+ T cell activation. Isolated and expanded CD4+ T cells to test through large-scale plate reader assays and flow cytometry. Identified lead Abs using FlowJo and PRISM analysis and presented results at weekly team meetings.

Helped optimize membrane and coating selection of device through a variety of diffusion assays, imaging characterization techniques, and device building. Assisted and improved upon general production and experimentation as company prepared to upscale. Analyzed and organized data for weekly group discussions and project reviews.
