Michael Hummel

Michael Hummel is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and engineer with a passion for data.

He co-founded ParStream, a leading analytical database company acquired by Cisco Systems, specializing in streaming and historical data.

Prior to ParStream, Hummel co-founded empulse, a company focused on portal solutions and system integration, catering to a prominent client base in Germany.

His career kicked off at Accenture where he became the youngest manager in Europe, working on logistics and automotive projects.

Education-wise, he holds a Master's degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Cranfield University, UK, and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, UK.

In addition, he pursued studies in Technische Informatik at Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences.

Michael is currently serving as CTO and Managing Director at Silvertours GmbH and has held various other senior positions in renowned organizations like LeanIX GmbH and Cisco.

His diverse experiences and technical background make him a sought-after professional in the tech industry.
