Harold Lubberdink is a seasoned entrepreneur and property management expert with over 13 years of experience in holiday rentals and property management across various European locations. He started his career in 2006 by opening offices in Lake Como and went on to expand his operations to other areas including Lake Lugano, Lake Garda, Stresa on Lake Maggiore, and more. Harold's expertise lies in providing full-service property management combined with a strong and fully independent platform for the rental of these homes. Currently, his companies manage and rent around 1500 properties. Additionally, his company provides concierge services and recommends partners for refurbishments.

Harold Lubberdink holds a degree in Technical Business Administration from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and he is a proud member of FCN (Founders Carbon Network) and ItaliaCasa BV, among others. He has also founded multiple companies, including Happy Holiday Homes and Swiss Property Solutions, to provide property management and rental services across various regions. His expertise extends beyond holiday rentals to property management and sales, particularly in the European region.
