Can Arslanalp is a telecommunications expert who has worked in various roles and projects in the industry. He has a solid background in LTE/4G and UMTS/3G technologies as well as network architecture, design and dimensioning. Can studied at Bornova Anadolu Lisesi for his high school diploma in Science and Math, then moved onto Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, where he obtained his Dipl.Ing in Communication Systems. He then completed a BSc in Telecommunications Eng. at Sabanci University.

Can has had much success in RFP/RFQ processes, and his analytical and strategic thinking has led to multiple successful tenders. He is currently a Radio Network Expert at Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S., where he previously held the position of Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Turkcell, Can worked as a GSM & WCDMA RAN Consultant at Ericsson and as an RF Planning and Optimization Engineer at IRIS Telecommunications. He started his career in the industry as an intern at Turkcell and Teaching Assistant at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
