Kimberly Harmon is a highly experienced medical professional with a strong background in sports medicine. She completed her MD in Science at the University of Notre Dame and went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. Throughout her career, she has held various positions such as Team Physician at the University of Washington and Medical Consultant at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA).

Additionally, she has worked as the former Research Development Director and Chairperson of the Student Athlete Health and Well-Being Board of Directors, both at the Pac-12 Conference. Previously, she served as the President of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
