Felipe Ramos is a co-founder and operations and business director at PapodeHomem and the Instituto PDH, organizations focused on promoting and transforming modern masculinity. He is also a documentary filmmaker and producer who has worked on national works like "O silêncio dos homens" and "Precisamos falar com os homens? Uma jornada pela igualdade de gênero," created in collaboration with UN Women.

Ramos has gained recognition and trust from his work with leading Brazilian organizations such as Ambev, Google, Santander, and Vale. He has been involved in the commercialization and operation of training and seminars on masculinity, gender, and diversity.

Ramos's formal education comprises a graduation in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, and an MBA in Business & IT from FGV-Fundação Getulio Vargas. Throughout his career, Ramos has expressed an interest in culture, marketing, and business development.
