Nava Sulman is an experienced coach and educator with an extensive background in training and empowering individuals. Originally from Israel, Nava spent 15 years in England where she worked in various professions including accounting, insurance, sales, and will writing. Throughout her different work environments, she always found herself training others. Finally, after realizing that her rapid career changes were due to her ADD, she found her calling - coaching individuals and families with ADHD/ADD.

Nava's ultimate goal is to help people discover their true potential and find their unique skill. She believes that everyone has a gift, and it's her job to help them unlock it. Nava developed psychological tools to achieve this, including positive thinking, focus work, stress management, and more.

She studied Group Coaching, Coaching for ADHD, and Coaching at Coachme College. She also studied Maths for Elementary School and Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Literature for elementary school at Levinsky College for Education.

Nava is the owner of Nava Sulman Hebrew e-Learning and formerly owned Nava Sulman Training & Coaching. She was also a PA to Prof. Daniel Tsiddon, Deputy CEO, Head of Capital Markets Div. at Bank Leumi.
