Andrew Zusman is an accomplished Design Practice Lead, Agile Practice Leadership Enablement professional, and Staff Designer with extensive experience in the IT industry. Currently, he is working at VMware as a Design Practice Lead, providing expert guidance and mentorship for the team. Andrew is a graduate of Ohio University and Indiana University Bloomington, and also studied User Experience at Netcraft Academy.

He has worked for several high-profile organizations, including Pivotal Software, Infogroup, Skyrise App, Waldo Photos, and Velocis, to name a few. Moreover, he has a strong academic and teaching background and has previously served as a UX and Product Mentor at Coolhouse Labs and a UX Lecturer at netcraft Academy.
