She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has had several roles within various organizations, including Senior Investment Officer, Head, Venture Capital Funds at IFC - International Finance Corporation. Throughout her career, Xiaomin has focused on identifying emerging investment themes in e-logistics, artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous vehicles, energy storage, and making promising investments in those sectors. Xiaomin has been affiliated with well-known companies such as SOSV, Sinovation Ventures, Genesis Capital, and Aihuishou.
