Instruction topics included information on the following:- Federal, state and local partners in the workforce system- How to develop strategic workforce plans, with the goal of producing skilled employees for employers in the state to fulfill the current and projected workforce goals and needs of the state  - How to aggregate, integrate, and leverage workforce system resources; coordinate with activities of federal, state, and local workforce system partners; addressing the workforce needs of the workforce system; and fostering the participation of rural communities and distressed urban centers in the state workforce system

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining the strength of a 10,000 personnel organization; through recruiting, retention and attrition operations.
