Leandro Gostisa is a seasoned business executive, board member, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in healthcare, defense, hospitality, and management consulting. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Indústria de Material Bélico do Brasil (IMBEL), a state-owned defense company; Kurotel Clínica de Longevidade e Spa, a luxury wellness retreat; and Linha19 Investimentos, an investment firm focused on private equity and venture capital. He is also a co-founder and manager of Linha19 Gestão Empresarial e Investimentos, a strategic consulting firm based in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

Previously, Gostisa held several leadership positions in multinational companies and organizations, such as Grupo Hospitalar Conceição (GHC), Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA), CCM Worldwide Medical Congresses, Taurus, and Ikro Componentes Automotivos. He has also served as Vice President of the Fundação Iberê Camargo, the ADVB, and the Instituto Liberdade, and as Director of the Bienal do Mercosul.
