Zhenchuan Chai is an experienced software engineer with an exceptional background in the storage, embedded device, and cloud server industry. He is an expert in firmware, information security, and Linux development. Chai studied computer science at Shanghai Jiao Tong University for his Ph.D. degree in cryptography while he attended East China University of Science and Technology for his master's and bachelor's degrees in computer science and communications engineering, respectively.

He also served as the Staff DRM Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, Senior Engineer at Samsung Electronics, and Intel China Software Center intern.
