As a Safety Officer, I oversee and direct all policies with regards to O'Grady's safety program. I develop and administer programs that educate employees on, and ensure compliance with, all regulations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other government agencies.

Ensured ITT personnel fulfilled their mandatory training requirements.Policy & Procedures. Initiated process and system improvements to increase system stability and staff productivity such as creating flow charts for better efficiency in assisting customers. Researched and enforced ITT policy fostering a more professional image and environment. Created and updated Work Office Procedure Manuals bringing consistency & accuracy to daily tasks. Created policies and procedures for setting up Foreign National Accounts.Responsible for submitting billeting paperwork to military for all ITT employees.
