He has an impressive track record of successfully leading people and driving business change, resulting in improved customer offerings and increased revenues.

With over 20 years of experience in R&D, Chan has held pivotal positions at top-tier companies like DuPont, James River, International Paper, Kuraray Company, Tyco – Plastics and Adhesives Division, and Fiberweb. At Fiberweb, he directed global research and product development portfolio, managed innovation processes, and implemented product stewardship.
