Divyan Gupta is a seasoned executive leader with over two decades of experience in managing revenue, cost, profitability, and growth objectives in various industries, including software development, e-commerce, utility, telecom, and finance. He has successfully led teams ranging from 5 to 1000+ employees and delivered business results worth US$2 billion.

Divyan's core competencies include customer service, innovation management, continuous process improvement, training and development, program management, relationship management, and automation, artificial intelligence (AI), among others.

He holds an MBA in strategy, international negotiations, innovation management, finance, and marketing from Hult International Business School, and a bachelor's degree in political science, international relations, comparative government and politics, political theory, and more from Delhi University. He also attended high school at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram.

Divyan is the founder and CEO of Keshiha Services, where he provides consulting services for strategy formulation & execution, team and corporate-level culture definition, creation and sustenance, new product development, business operations, sales, business development, and more. He also served as a strategic Advisor at Hyoristic Innovations, India Country Champion & Delhi Chapter Manager at Google Business Group (GBG), and Subject Matter Expert - Centre of Business Innovation (BI) at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, among others.

In his personal life, Divyan founded the Shifaruh Scholarship and was a connector and strategy sessions member at Boston World Partnerships.
