Jennifer Jones is a highly experienced hospitality professional with impressive credentials. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University, which prepared her for a successful career in the industry. Jennifer has worked in various management and consulting roles for well-known companies such as Intrawest, Four Winds Interactive, and The RockIT Group. She has also gained significant experience in software implementation and integration while working for Daylight Software and Micros Systems. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as the Director of Rooms for the Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Airport, where she oversaw a team responsible for customer service, facility management, and administration.

Today, Jennifer is the President of J2 Hospitality Solutions, where she puts her extensive knowledge and expertise to work. She is responsible for leading the company's operations and client engagement efforts.
