Responsible for retail staffing operations nationwide for technology, administrative and accounting.  Created new brand identities and models for admin/accounting staffing brand StormStaff and VMS delivery model for Strata.  Helped develop offshore recruiting model to supplement price constrained VMS clients.

Created and delivered all internal hiring processes, developed all training programs for government/DOD groups, staffing sales and recruiters.   These efforts helped drive sales for combined companies to double in size 3 years in a row and reach sales in excess of $140mm combined and from 200 to over 1400 employees.

Developed 3 new brands for a former Mortgage Staffing company to include now On Call Technical, On Call Financial, and On Call Admin.
