Jennifer Cross is a multi-faceted professional with two successful business ventures under her belt. She co-founded Athlete Viewpoint, a company that provides quality survey and data analysis tools for athletics professionals and student-athletes to assess and improve athletic culture for the students who participate and the professionals who work tirelessly to provide a positive experience. Additionally, she is the owner of Princeton Leadership Services, a consulting firm that specializes in developing leadership programs and executive coaching to positively transform corporate culture one employee at a time. Jennifer's areas of expertise includes coaching for performance, facilitating training sessions and staff retreats around leadership-based topics, as well as evaluating, designing, and executing staff development programs. Furthermore, she leads organizations through the development of vision, mission, values, and comprehensive strategic planning processes. Notably, her clients represent a variety of industries, such as educational institutions, non-profit organizations, government agencies, business and industry, medical organizations, and women’s athletic teams.

Jennifer is an accomplished scholar who holds a B.A. in Sociology and an Ed.M. in College Counseling and Student Personnel Administration, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing in Education and has completed several workshops and certificates, including Seth Godin's altMBA and Akimbo Workshops.

Jennifer's extensive professional experience includes both coaching and training. Prior to starting her own business, she worked at several higher education institutions providing leadership training and team-building programs for staff and students. She also designed and taught a course on "Creativity and Innovation in Leadership" at Bradley University for the Leadership Studies Minor. Additionally, Jennifer is an active volunteer in her children’s school, parish, and local community.
