Amir Segev is a seasoned entrepreneur and a tech industry veteran with extensive experience in product marketing, business development, and management. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in International Marketing from IDC Herzliya, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.

Prior to co-founding Texel, Segev served as VP of Product Marketing, BD, and marketing at Kaltura, where he led product market strategy, and as VP of Solution Strategy & Marketing for Quickplay, where he managed the pre-sales solution strategy. Earlier in his career, he served as VP of Products at LiveU, focused on launching new products and categories, and held a Business Unit Manager role at Playtech. Additionally, he co-founded Artimedia and held various managerial roles in product management and business development at Harmonic, Logtel and Scopus Video Networks.

Segev's experience spans across software products, video, and digital media technologies - from research and development, to product management and marketing, to sales and deal-making. He is passionate about driving business growth through innovative technologies and practical go-to-market strategies.
