Carolina Ponzer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, public relations, and executive search. As a recruiter at CPI, she specializes in identifying top talent and helping clients find the right candidates for Associate to Senior Partner positions. Prior to joining CPI, Carolina worked as a Marketing Manager at Estée Lauder Companies, where she was responsible for the Clinique brand. She also participated in the company's MBA recruiting efforts and summer internship programs. Before that, Carolina began her career at Paul Wilmot Communications, a reputable public relations firm in New York.

Carolina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude. She studied Spanish and Art History and also has a minor in Marketing.
