James Kennedy is an accomplished Talent Acquisition and Resourcing leader with a vast experience in designing, building and leading high-performing recruitment teams. He is an expert in combining effective technology with the right processes and tools to ensure first-class candidate and hiring manager experiences. His passion for delivering significant improvements to cost, time and quality of hire yields from managing large-scale transformation and change programmes, MI, EVP, Diversity & Inclusion, and Early Careers recruitment. James's education includes a BA in Philosophy from the University of Southampton and a Lubar Executive Programme in Strategic Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Throughout his career, James held various senior-level positions, including Head of Talent Acquisition at ASOS.com, Director of Recruiting at KPMG UK, and Head of Talent Acquisition at O2 (Telefónica UK). At O2, he held multiple positions, such as Resourcing Business Partner, Resourcing Lead, and Senior Resourcing Advisor. He also served as Lead Internal Recruiter at Capita and Executive Consultant at Venn Group.
