Jason D. Luna is an accomplished Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with experience in consulting, recruiting, project management, software-based hiring, and corporate restaurants. Luna's expertise spans across various industries, including technology startups, where he served as a Chief Operating Officer at Rapid RMS and VP Business Development at Vikus Corporation.

Luna also co-founded 38 Degree Draft, a design and installation company specializing in draft beer and wine on tap systems. His passion for food and sustainability led him to serve on the board of Harvested Here, a subsidiary of the Chattanooga Area Food Bank that promotes food grown within 120 miles of Chattanooga, TN.

Luna is based in Chattanooga, TN, and completed his studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Sewanee, The University of the South. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a former Partner at Organization Resources Group, he passes on his knowledge and expertise to young professionals.
