Michael LeRoy is a seasoned executive with 40 years of broad business experience that spans across various industries. He started his career in the audit department of Price Waterhouse, where he became a Partner in 1982, serving a broad range of national and multi-national clients. In 1990, he joined a private merchant banking firm as a managing director, responsible for financial analysis of acquisition candidates and other financial and operational data.

Mr. LeRoy expanded his financial and operating experiences further when he became the COO and a principal in a small, rapidly growing manufacturing company, where he implemented an international expansion strategy. In 1995, he became the VP of Corporate Development for ZERO Corporation, where he took charge of corporate-wide strategic planning, strategic marketing, implementation of divestitures, and the supervision of operations of a major division. During his tenure at ZERO, the company's stock price increased by 250%.

Mr. LeRoy recently provided investment banking and financial consulting/advisory services to middle-market companies, litigation support, both as a consultant and an expert, and participated on boards of directors for public and private organizations. He also held different positions in various organizations, including Chairman of the Board at Rockport, Director & Chairman of the Audit Comm. at Aspiriant Global Equity Trust, President at Crown Capital Advisors LLC, and Wedbush Bank at Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit Comm. & Compensation Comm.

Michael LeRoy holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in International Business & Finance from the University of Southern California.
