Bor-Rong Chen is a highly-educated material scientist and engineer, earning a bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degree from National Taiwan University and Northwestern University, respectively. With a strong background in inorganic materials synthesis and characterization, Chen's areas of expertise include XRD, XPS, FT-IR, SEM, and national lab user facilities. He has extensive experience leading collaborative research projects and conducting experiments in research facilities like SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory and Idaho National Laboratory. Chen currently serves as the Career Development Officer for the Young Researchers Association (YRA) at INL and has previously held positions such as Postdoctoral Researcher and Lab Manager at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. His interests lie in innovative research and development opportunities, making him a valuable asset to any team.
