Gerolf Kraus is an accomplished R&D Science Operations Leader with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Tübingen, Gerolf has established himself as a proven change driver with a unique ability to combine effective strategic thinking with seamless, hands-on execution.

Throughout his career, Gerolf has demonstrated an exceptional ability to implement strategy in highly matrixed environments while working collaboratively with senior leaders in positions with global responsibilities. He has held several positions in prominent organizations, including the Head of Enterprise Operations and the Former CMO Chief of Staff at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute.

Gerolf has also served as the Global Head of Portfolio Integration & Operations, the Head of Global Research Strategy & Operations, and the Global Head Strategy & Operations Exploratory Development at GSK Vaccines and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics respectively.
