- Online Presence: I oversee all digital marketing initiatives to strengthen Norsk Pharma’s online visibility, including website management, SEO, and content creation, ensuring that our digital platforms effectively communicate our brand’s value.

Additionally, I was able to assist clients from the UK and Ireland, expanding my knowledge of the international real estate market. Overall, my time at Euroland Properties provided me with a strong foundation in the industry and valuable skills that I continue to utilize in my work today.

As an Export Manager, my primary responsibility was to oversee the Norwegian market for luxury beds. This involved developing a strong network of professional retailers throughout Norway to showcase our high-end products. I worked diligently to build relationships with these retailers and ensure they were knowledgeable about our products, pricing, and promotions.

Unfortunately, after a change in the company's strategy, I decided it was time to part ways. While I enjoyed my time as an Export Manager and the relationships I developed, I felt it was necessary to move on and explore other opportunities that align more closely with my personal and professional goals.

As the General Director for Manover Holdings, I successfully established two offices in the Murmansk region, with our head office located in Murmansk and a second office in Monchegorsk. Our company's main business area was the sale and marketing of Spanish properties and timeshare to Russian companies and private persons.

One of my key responsibilities was to recruit and train our office and sales staff to meet western standards. With a team of approximately 50 employees, including security and drivers, we were able to operate efficiently and effectively under very insecure circumstances.

Despite the challenging circumstances, we were able to build a successful business in the region, thanks to the dedication and hard work of our team. I am proud of what we were able to accomplish and the positive impact we had on the local community.

During my time as Co-Founder and Sales Director, I had the privilege of establishing a professional team for the planning of new hotel projects for the 1994 Winter Olympics in the Lillehammer and Hamar region. It was an exciting and challenging time, as it marked the first time that international companies like The Carlson Group (Radisson Hotels) were in Norway.

As part of my role, I was responsible for coordinating with local town halls and ensuring that the project was completed on time and within budget. I led a team of professionals, including architects, to design and build hotels that met the demands of the Winter Olympics.

Navigating the differences between large international companies and small local town halls was a challenge, but I was able to establish strong working relationships with all parties involved. Thanks to our team's hard work and dedication, we had a good time, and the Lillehammer and Hamar region were well-equipped to accommodate visitors during the Winter Olympics.

Overall, It was a valuable experience that taught me the importance of effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.
