Carlos Flores is a seasoned startup builder, management consultant, investor, and entrepreneur. He specializes in building and restructuring startups and small corporations while executing and delivering rapid results, all at the lowest possible cost. His areas of focus include blockchain/cryptocurrencies, mobile, online marketplaces, SaaS, big data, artificial intelligence, gaming, fashion, and sports. Flores holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Stevens Institute of Technology.

With years of experience as a C-level management consultant with top-tier international Management Consulting firms such as Booz Allen & Hamilton and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Flores also serves as a mentor at NYU-Poly Incubator and Pace University's Entrepreneurship Lab. He is a founding partner of Startup Builders - Venture Accelerator and formerly served as a startup builder at Frilly, Inc. and Cuppls.com, Inc., as well as a member of the board of directors & advisors at Seed Group.
