Nikki Reusch, a Florida State University alumna, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with significant experience in corporate recruitment, university relations, and technical recruiting. She currently works as a Senior Talent Advisor with Freddie Mac, helping the company attract top talent across all levels. Prior to this, Nikki worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Neiman Marcus and held several recruitment roles at Lennox International and TEKsystems. Her experience extends beyond recruitment, as she gained valuable insight in government affairs as an intern with the Florida Chamber of Commerce.
