Dr. Sergey Ulyakhin is a skilled technology management and planning professional with a diverse background in new energy, optics, and electronics. He has worked with companies such as Great Wall Motor Co., ELTON Supercapacitors, and LG Technology Centre, where he has excelled in R&D management, IP management, certified technology licensing, and technology transfer. Dr. Ulyakhin completed a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics (Materials Science) and a Master's degree in Polymer Physics, both from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). He is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at FTXT Energy Technology Co., Ltd., where he leads technology management and planning efforts for the company.
