She was the former Northeast Regional Facilities Operations Manager at Ebay, where she led facility operations for 12 sites spanning 10 states. Prior to that, she was the Director of Facilities Management at Radial Inc. and Manager, Administrative Services at Integrated Health Systems (Ihs). She also served as Manager of Administrative Services at First Consulting Group. With her extensive experience, McCoy was appointed as Head of Workplace Services at Radial Inc.
