Cheryl Wunder

Cheryl Wunder is a senior HR and organization development practitioner based in Portland, Oregon. She brings years of real-world experience and a strong business acumen to her work, helping organizations align their people, culture, and strategies to achieve improvements in engagement, innovation, collaboration, and performance. Cheryl has a broad range of expertise in HR best practices, organization development, work culture, employee experience, and engagement, learning and development, coaching and mentoring, and more. She holds several certifications, including SPHR and SHRM-SCP, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Portland State University.

Cheryl has held various leadership positions throughout her career, including Director of People & Culture at SRG Partnership, Employee Engagement Manager at ENGIE Insight, Director of People & Culture at Oregon's Health CO-OP, and Post Acquisition & Transition Leadership at LeftLane Sports. She has also served as Director of Employee Experience at The Clymb and Manager of Administration at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP.

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys singing in her a cappella group, hiking, and cycling.
