Mike West

Mike West is a highly accomplished researcher and analyst in the areas of Agile and DevOps development, enterprise software, and information systems. With a Master of Business Administration in Business from Boston College, a Master of Arts in Writing from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Political Science from Williams College, Mike has become an influential leader in the field of technology and business.

Mike's expertise is deepened by his experience in several prestigious organizations, including Gartner, Saugatuck Technology, and CEB. At Gartner, he served as Vice President and Research Director and later as a Senior Manager of Information Systems for Apple. At Saugatuck Technology, an ISG Business, Mike was Co-founder and Principal, Vice President and Distinguished Analyst, and Research Fellow. He was also a Practice Manager at CEB.
