Ian Bazzoli is a highly experienced non-profit executive and autism advocate with an unwavering passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a senior-level HR/Talent Management Professional, he has served in positions of leadership within several growth stage and technology organizations throughout his illustrious career. Ian is highly skilled in interview techniques, business development, succession planning, organizational development, and recruiting. He holds a Masters in I/O Psychology from New York University and a dual BPhil and BA in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ian is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Integrate Autism Employment Advisors and holds the distinguished title of Vice President of the Board of Directors at the Autism Society of Greater Cincinnati. He also previously served as the Advisory Board President at The Summit School Work-Based Learning Program. Ian has also served in various roles, including Director of Talent Management at LendKey, AVP of Talent Acquisition and Development at ITG, Executive Recruiter at Marcus & Associates, HR Intern at HSBC, and Intern at KEYGroup.
