Marijo Bos is a thought partner, facilitator, and consultant focused on helping leaders and teams grow through custom experiential learning programs. With extensive experience advising executives in tech, financial services, and luxury goods, Bos is described as a curious, inclusive, and courageous facilitator who helps organizations positively inquire and address the "elephant in the room" that may be blocking progress.

Bos has extensive experience in advancing discovery dialogue, building inclusive and balanced leadership practices, and promoting mindful shifts toward positive leadership. She is a partner at RRA and was previously an SVP for a VC incubator for Mercer/Oliver Wyman Leadership Practice. She has also served on the board of NGOs, small businesses, and educational institutions, and is a past President of PWN Global Community, a global network of businesses promoting inclusivity.

Bos has facilitated programs in 20+ countries for clients in technology, media and publishing, healthcare, and NGO sectors. She has worked with leading organizations such as Disney, Time Warner, CNN, and Novartis, among others. Bos has authored articles on mindfulness and pausing, NGO leadership, diversity, behavioral interviews, mentoring, purpose-driven networks, social capital, and sponsorship, and her work has been featured in the UK's Guardian, Huff Post, and FT. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and redesigning homes.
