Alana Rush is a highly educated and experienced professional with an impressive background in finance and real estate. After earning a B.S. in Development Studies from the University of Florida, she went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Throughout her career, Alana has held a variety of high-level positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Shortlist Professionals and Executive Director, Strategic Accounts at BounceX. She has also worked as a Private Equity Senior Associate at Sterling Partners and served as an Advisory Board Member at Narrativ.

Prior to her work in finance, Alana held several education-focused roles, including Teaching Fellow at Phillips Academy Andover and Education & Social Entrepreneurship Program Manager at The Ashoka Foundation. She later went on to work as an Emerging Markets Education Practice Consultant and Director of Business Development at The Parthenon Group.
