Yelena Drabkin is an experienced and passionate product leader with a customer-driven mindset. Her extensive background includes working at both fast-growing startups and large global companies, providing her with diverse experiences that require entrepreneurial creativity and a focus on growth and revenue. Yelena's superpower is her ability to understand the business and build teams to lead a high-growth start-up to success. She is an expert in building and coaching A+ teams across product, design, and data science, as well as being an evangelist who partners with cross-functional leaders to align organizations behind a common vision.

Yelena's educational background includes Business Process Reengineering from Hammer and Company in Boston, MIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business, High-Impact Leadership training from UC Berkeley, as well as facilitative leader training and Rummler-Brache Methodology.

She has worked at several significant companies, including eBay, where she served as Senior Director of Product for Payments Buyer Experience and Financial Services. Yelena has also held leadership roles at STRIVR, Simplee, PayPal, Zilpy, Accenture, and Northern California, Nevada, and Utah AAA. Additionally, she has served as a mentor for CPO Accelerator and an executive coach for First Round Fast Track.
