Tawny Schlieski

Tawny Schlieski is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse range of experiences, focused on virtual and augmented reality (V/Art) as well as technological innovation and design thinking. She holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from Duke University and a BA in Political Science and Theater from Lewis & Clark College. Tawny's previous positions have included Director of Research and Research Scientist at Intel Corporation, Owner and Manager of Four Forty Six, and President of Oregon Story Board. She is the founder of Shovels and Whiskey and has worked with a range of skilled engineers, artists, designers, and academics. Tawny is committed to challenging the inherited limitations of compute, creativity, and collaboration and has a boundless vision for the future of technology.
