Graham Rihn is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in sustainability and waste management. After graduating, Graham began his career as an Investment Banking Intern at Banc of America Securities, where he honed his financial analysis and reporting skills. He then went on to work as an Analyst at Consolidated Green Services before co-founding YourRooster.com, a social media platform focused on helping businesses improve their social media presence.

Graham later served as an Associate at Voyager Group LP, where he developed expertise in venture capital and private equity investing. This experience led him to co-found Sequoia Waste Solutions, a Voyager Group company specializing in commercial waste management. As President of Sequoia, Graham helped develop innovative solutions for handling waste that were both ecologically sound and economically viable.

In 2014, Graham founded RoadRunner Recycling, a company that provides a comprehensive suite of waste management and recycling services to businesses across the United States. Under his leadership, RoadRunner has grown rapidly, earning a reputation as a reliable and innovative partner for businesses seeking to reduce their environmental footprint.
