Jenny Rouquette is an accomplished strategist with 25 years of experience in rural livelihoods and agricultural development across continents. She has worked in both non-profit and for-profit sectors, focusing on transforming food systems for smallholder farmers' income growth.

Jenny, with a background in ecology, is deeply committed to environmental regeneration, addressing biodiversity loss, climate change, and poverty alleviation. She is known for providing thought leadership, team building, and securing investments for addressing complex challenges.

Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Natural Resources and Conservation from University College London, a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of Leeds, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from The Open University.

Previously, Jenny has held key roles such as CEO at TruTrade Africa, Director at the African Agriculture Alliance (AAA), Head of Research, Innovation, and Learning at Self Help Africa, and various positions in organizations like Harvest Help, Azafady, and CARE's Proyecto Amboró.
